The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it may be best known for its extensive wine list of 850 labels, including, of course, more than one hundred types of Oregon pinot noir (talk about sampling the local bounty).

It’s the first spa of its kind in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and its serene and luxurious environment is ideal for unwinding in between wine tastings. The 15,000-square-foot spa is flooded with natural light and the three relaxation lounges are connected to outdoor terraces.
