creatively classical

One of the pillars of hospitality is creative adaptability. If asked what makes dining at Jory special, most of our guests would have markedly different answers. This is because the needs of every guest are different, and thinking creatively allows us to more finely tune the experience to the individual. Some guests return for the classical, elegant experience in the dining room, while some crave the adventure of an ever-changing tasting menu.

The Chef’s Table allows us to push this adventurous spirit further still. The 10 seat private table can essentially function as its own restaurant, allowing for the Chefs, Sommeliers and Servers to collaborate in crafting a wholly unique sensory experience. Sometimes requiring weeks of research and preparation, the team uses this opportunity to test the limits of conventional dining.

It is this versatility that allows Jory to craft hospitality of great variety for each of our guests, regardless of background or expectation. Welcome to the intersection of luxury and personality—your next memory awaits.
