Head to Anacréon Winery for its Epicure Experience and enjoy an afternoon of food and wine on the beautiful estate. The winery harvests from its organic Belle Colline Vineyard, nestled in the heart of Oregon’s Chehalem Mountains AVA. The experience includes a tasting of six wines with a thoughtfully curated menu of seasonal food plates created by Chef Erick Caballero.
Make reservations for dinner at SubTerra, helmed by Javier Santos and Stephanie Fagerstrom, featuring local farm-to-table cuisine of the Pacific Northwest. The Allison also has an excellent restaurant, JORY, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner should you feel like staying in.
