Cauliflower
We are nearing the end of the fall cauliflower harvest.
Kohlrabi
We brought in about half of the remaining kohlrabi. We will harvest the rest soon.
Winter Squash
Keep using the winter squashes. We still have a good supply on hand.
Kale
Kale is looking excellent. Yes, we do have 8 different varieties this year! I must have been craving variety when I ordered the seed. We have two rows ready for harvesting.
Dragons Tongue Mustard
Dragons tongue mustard is tucked in all over the garden wherever we had a vacant spot. It’s in good shape and ready for harvesting.
Sun Choke Tubers
Hidden underground are sun choke tubers waiting for harvesting. Let us know when you need more since we have a lot!
Fennel
The fennel has been slowly and quietly putting on size. Some crops are a good size for harvesting regular-size bulbs, and the balance of the crops is ready for gathering as baby fennel bulbs.
Micro-Green Production
Micro-green production has settled into winter mode. We’ve cut back on the amount we plant each week so we don’t overwhelm the kitchen.
