Bounty of the Willamette is a complimentary tasting series offered at The Allison Inn & Spa. Stop by our lobby on Thursdays between 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines, beers or spirits, and meet knowledgeable experts from each winery, brewery or distillery.

Furioso Vineyards brings together Italian heritage, French winemaking spirit, and Oregon’s exceptional terroir to craft wines with character, balance, and authenticity. Led by Italian-born proprietor Giorgio Furioso and French winemaker Dominique Mahé, the winery is deeply committed to expressing a true “sense of place.”
With two estate vineyards in the Willamette Valley, Furioso produces small-lot wines using native yeasts and minimal intervention. Their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays—bottled unfined and unfiltered—reflect the soil, climate, and vintage of each block. The portfolio also includes Rosé of Pinot Noir, sparkling wines, and unique varietals like Tocai Friulano and Melon de Bourgogne, all designed to pair beautifully with food and showcase Oregon’s diverse potential.
