About Balsall Creek
Balsall Creek Vineyards is set on 35 acres of farmland in Oregon’s Chehalem Mountains, where a deep respect for land and craft guides every decision. Led by winemaker Laurent Montalieu, the vineyard is renowned for producing elegant, expressive pinot noir and chardonnay, alongside a carefully curated selection of distinctive varietals, including gamay noir, sauvignon blanc, aligoté and pinot meunier.
Sustainability is central to Balsall Creek’s philosophy. The vineyard is organically farmed, dry-farmed and entirely hand-harvested, with certifications including LIVE, Salmon-Safe and Bee Friendly Farming, ensuring that each bottle reflects both a sense of place and a commitment to preserving the environment for generations to come.
