Bounty of the Willamette is a complimentary tasting series offered at The Allison Inn & Spa. Visit the hotel lobby on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines, beers, or spirits, and meet the knowledgeable makers behind each winery, brewery, or distillery.

At Brick House, the pledge to farm ‘in harmony with Mother Nature’ remains our lodestar…a covenant with our land. Every vine, from Pinot Noir to Chardonnay and Gamay Noir, was planted with a commitment that was rare in the Willamette Valley at the time: Brick House was to be a certified organic farm. Today, our southeast facing slopes on Ribbon Ridge host 45,000 vines, producing lovely fruit for estate-grown wines.
