Bounty of the Willamette is a complimentary tasting series offered at The Allison Inn & Spa. Visit the hotel lobby on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines, beers, or spirits, and meet the knowledgeable makers behind each winery, brewery, or distillery.

Chehalem Estate is the newest vineyard and future home of Chehalem, which traces its history back to the Ridgecrest Vineyard operations in 1980.
Known for their single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and a progressive approach to white wines, they firmly believe that outstanding wine should accompany every course of a meal. The climate and winemaking style reveal wines that emphasize balance, elegance and texture. This openness allows the vintage and three terroirs on which we farm to express themselves as wines of startling distinction.
