Shared Pour is a complimentary tasting series offered at The Allison Inn & Spa. Visit the hotel lobby on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines, beers or spirits, and meet the knowledgeable makers behind each winery, brewery or distillery.

Dominio IV produces pinot noir, tempranillo, syrah, and viognier. They tend to two farms, one in the Columbia Gorge, Three Sleeps, and the other in the Willamette Valley, As for the Sun – Yamhill Carlton. We believe in farming that reaches into the soils and fosters life, amplifying the ecology and bringing it to the forefront in the wines. The vines must talk!
