Our wine list presents guests with extensive options from our local Willamette Valley wine community and beyond. We are proud to offer bottles from many of the best producers and regions from around the world in addition to the breadth of inspired regional wines.
They pair perfectly with our environmental commitment to supporting local agriculture by sourcing ingredients from local farms as well as growing most of our own produce within our 1.5-acre Chef’s Garden.
Meet the Wine Director
Elaine Heide
Elaine Heide comes to The Allison with more than 20 years of experience in the wine trade. Her focal points for The Allison’s wine program are based on three ongoing initiatives: community, inclusivity and education.
Elaine holds Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma certifications and is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) through the Society of Wine Educators. Additionally, she is a certified WSET educator and enrolled as a student at the Institute of Masters of Wine.
Signature Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris
Austin Knoll pinot noir exemplifies the best characteristics of this blessed wine region: lush cherry and red berry notes are balanced with a subtle minerality and good acidity for a classic Willamette Valley pinot noir.
We are excited to announce another addition, our pinot gris. Dry with flavors of perfumed pear and apple, this white wine pairs extraordinarily well with citrus-spiked seafood, mild Asian dishes and pastas laced with pesto or similar herbal sauce.
Due to limited production, our signature wines will be exclusively poured at JORY.
