JORY serves a dinner menu that highlights the Willamette Valley’s seasonal bounty. Guests can enjoy dishes à la carte or as part of a 5- or 7-course tasting experience, with the option to add curated wine pairings from the cellar.

The Allison’s Executive Chef, Jack Strong, has been named a semifinalist in the 2026 James Beard Awards for Best Chef: Northwest & Pacific. He is one of just 20 semifinalists across Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington, and one of five chefs representing Oregon.
