Notice of Construction
Beginning January 5, 2026, The Allison Inn & Spa will begin important HVAC upgrades across our property. This project is a proactive investment in your comfort and has been strategically scheduled for the winter months to ensure optimal climate control and reliability ahead of our busy season.
Work will take place in three phases throughout the first quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed by the end of March.
Throughout this project, we will remain open and continue to offer the same warm, welcoming hospitality you expect from us.
What this means for your stay
- The Allison will remain open during all three phases.
- Many core guest experiences will continue uninterrupted, including access to our main lobby, the living room and most public spaces throughout the project (availability varies slightly by phase).
- We will prioritize quiet, comfort and minimal disruption by scheduling most work during daytime hours and carefully coordinating with our partners.
- Our team is planning special touches and amenities – from little treats in your guest room to occasional pop-up experiences around the property – to ensure your stay still feels restorative and special.
If you have specific needs or preferences, our reservations team is happy to help you choose dates and room types best aligned with your ideal experience.
