Freshly Grown Ingredients From Our 1.5 Acre Garden
In keeping with our farm-to-table philosophy, we’ve taken the concept to heart with our 1.5-acre garden and greenhouse. Each morning, the ripest vegetables, herbs and edible flowers are harvested by hand and woven into JORY’s seasonal menus.
This abundant garden embodies the spirit of the Willamette Valley – a region where agriculture thrives and inspiration grows. Guests are welcome to stroll through the garden and see firsthand where the day’s ingredients begin. Many of our garden’s botanicals are also featured in our spa treatments.
