Step into the heart of our culinary story with a guided tour of the Chef’s Garden at The Allison Inn & Spa.
Offered complimentary to hotel guests every Friday at 10 a.m., April through October, this intimate experience is led by a member of our garden team, an extension of JORY’s culinary program. Stroll through the garden as we share how our ingredients are grown, harvested and sourced, and learn about our bee colonies and the remarkable role they play in our garden ecosystem and culinary offerings.
