Bounty of the Willamette Valley is a complimentary tasting series at The Allison Inn & Spa celebrating the flavors and makers of Oregon wine country. Join us in the hotel lobby every Saturday from 3:30–5:30 p.m. to sample a rotating selection of featured Willamette Valley products and artisan goods.

about brixeur spirits

Brixeur Spirits is a family-owned and operated craft distillery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley founded by the team at Trisaetum Winery in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins made with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a myriad of re-purposed Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots.
