Outdoor Summer Yoga In The Meadow Garden At The Allison Inn and SpaJoin us on Sunday mornings in the summer for a peaceful, open-air experience set among the beauty of our Meadow Garden. This summer series invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in a serene natural setting. Each 60-minute class blends gentle Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha practices. Come as you are – no experience required.
