Our chefs and garden team collaborate on a regular basis planning the next season’s crops, ensuring the finest flavors and freshest ingredients. Ten thriving bee colonies play a vital role in pollinating the garden’s bounty and produce nearly 300 pounds of exceptional honey annually – a signature ingredient in many of our culinary creations.
