Chef's Garden

In keeping with our farm to table theme, JORY took the philosophy to a new level with our 1.5 acre garden and Greenhouse. Guests are assured only the most ripe vegetables are picked each morning to be woven into the daily menu plan.

B&P Hill Farm

Patty Hall from B&P Hill Farm – Very unique produce like Linden Blossoms, Szechuan Peppercorns, Japanese Pickling Plums, Gummiberries, Sea Berries, Aronia Berries.

Carlton Bakery

Tim Corrigan from Carlton Bakery – Our Bread Baker in the small town of Carlton. Products include Brioche, 10 Grain Luke, Baguettes, Corrigan’s Muesli.

Whole Earth Harvest

Bob Nufer from Whole Earth Harvest – Local foraging company specializing in seasonal harvesting (Morels, Porcinis, Miner’s Lettuce, Fiddleheads, Sea Beans).

Briar Rose Creamery

Sarah Marcus from Briar Rose Creamery – Local Cheesemaker gaining global recognition. Cheeses include Lorelei, Hazel, Opal Springs.

Durant Olive Mill At Red Ridge Farms

Durant Olive Mill – It’s the only olive oil in my home pantry. Their olive oil line ranges from Arbequina, Koroneiki, Tuscan, etc.

Northwest Premier Meats

Northwest Premier Meats is the Valley’s Heartbeat. They keep us connected to local farmers and fisherman. Dave goes to the coast and hand selects Oregon Salmon for JORY.
