Bounty of the Willamette is a complimentary tasting series offered at The Allison Inn & Spa. Stop by our Living Room on Thursdays between 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines, beers or spirits, and meet knowledgeable experts from each winery, brewery or distillery.
About The Winery
Our label is the union of our name, Grey, with the Oregon State motto, “She flies on her own wings.” With the heron wing symbolizing fierce independence and silent grace. Sourced from two Willamette Valley vineyards, Greywing Cellars’ Pinot Noir is made from fruit grown high in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA at Fairsing Vineyard. The grapes for sparkling wine are grown on our Blackfeather Estate vineyard, located in the Chehalem Mountains AVA outside of Newberg. Both vineyards practice organic farming.
