After working in many roles from distribution to wineries and import companies\, he is ecstatic to call Adelsheim home! “One of our goals is creating a sustainable business that connects people to the land\, and offers an authentic hospitality experience to be shared at your home or ours. We love what we do and care deeply about nature and how we can create a better future together. \n

This relaxed discussion offers a deeper look into their craft\, from vineyard to cellar\, with time for thoughtful dialogue and open questions. \nabout tom fitzpatrick\nAfter stints making wine in Washington State\, New Zealand\, and Napa Valley\, Tom completed his master’s degree in Viticulture & Enology at UC Davis before moving to France to make wine in the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy.  Working the vineyards of Chambolle-Musigny\, Morey-St-Denis\, and Gevrey-Chambertin greatly inspired and informed Tom’s approach. \nTom and his wife finally settled in Oregon in 2007\, where they began building Élevée Winegrowers from scratch\, while Tom worked as Associate Winemaker for Hamacher Wines and then Winemaker & General Manager for Alloro Vineyard\, where he has earned numerous awards for his wines.
